I guess some update about WiK will come tonight , since next week it will be Dragon festival , and then it will be holidays and we probably wont get anything for 1 month .
Anyway , it would be nice to get some other shining blades bounties , or to make quest objectives bit diferent , because if we have to get same bounty every 10 days for months ... ~~

Wow, another update, very soon. It's not something I can be interested in, but still it is to appreciate.

Makes me wonder why they bothered with an 'update', there are still problems with WiK that need to be sorted out (useless henchmen for the missions etc.)

Lol, i really wonder why now of all times they decided to fix druids isle.
Not too aware of meditations specific bug, bodyguard can rambo on most maps it seems?
Nice that they're fixed these bugs though, better than random boss skill bug fixes years later.

Not to be picky, but the Guild Wars mentioned in the title are more likely a referece to the historical guild wars rather than to GvG matches.

When is this War in Kryta going to end? Or is there no exit strategy?

They bothered because there are problems in GvG as well. They bothered because there is also a PvP side to GW, even if you are not into it and neglect it, it still exists and there are people playing it.
The replies here are a bit annoying. You guys should say thanks you got additional content at all, while in PvP we just got stuff removed like TA and HB replaced with CA which died after the first week.
This attitude that says 'If it's not PvE-related and interests me personally, it shouldn't exist at all' is annoying.
For a while now Anet has been releasing updates with new WiK content and at times neglected many issues in PvP, i don't care about WiK, in fact i haven't even started the quest chain, did i QQ about it? No. Anet is going to release the updates you want, be patient.

I'm happy if the derv update takes a lot, it means it's not something thrown there in some days just for the sake of doing it.

I love how everyone assumes that everyone else is into what they are into. Where are everyone getting these numbers from or what the majority are into?
I don't see how GW being a game without monthly fees has any bearing on people's right to complain. At the end of the day it's a product. A great source of PR for GW2 is GW. If people love GW they will likely buy GW2. If they think it's stale and dull, it might turn them off GW2 and they will buy one of the competitor's products. The people complainng are not just disgruntled players, they are consumers going off a product. That is something that Anet should take seriously. They don't have to cater to every complaint, but they should pay heed. These players are their bread and butter.

Don't hold your breath on this. The devs said the Dervish update will probably come after GvG is tweaked, which by their estimate, will take months.
As for the lack of a WiK update, I wouldn't lose hope just yet. The first major WiK update (in tandem with the Mesmer changes) popped up on a Friday.

This update needed to get out the door now so people had a little time to adjust before the mAT. So yes a friday WiK is possible. If it doesn't come, it's not like the tweaks they made took any effort at all, so don't think of it as replacing the WiK content - they must have had an independent snafu.

If my guess is correct, then according to the reward dialogue in Temple of Intolerable in which Princess Salma speaks, War in Kryta will end after we beat the 4 remaining mursaat bosses. Here is the link of the quest: http://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/Templ...he_Intolerable and here is the reward dialogue of Princess Salma:
"Excellent news, <character name>! Now three Mursaat have been eliminated and four remain, if our intelligence is accurate. But this news of Mantle forces amassing in Demetra is troublesome. It is a holy place for the Mantle, being the site where Saul D'Alessio pushed back the Charr. I suppose we can only wait for word from Dinas and hope he doesn't come under suspicion. His work has been crucial to our cause.
Hope this will help to the people that can't wait for ending War in Kryta.

Well all the remaining Mursatt could appear together along with the final Mantle bosses. I hope so anyway, it might even seem like a war and not your superhero characters hunting down everyone without breaking a sweat.

So far, we've dealt with:
- Willem the Demeaning, a Mesmer Mursaat with Energy Surge
- Aily the Innocent, a Monk Mursaat with Aura of Faith
- Koril the Malignant, a Necromancer Mursaat with Life Transfer
If four remain, it is easy to assume we'll have:
- Some Elementalist Mursaat with Thunderclap
- Possible Jade Bow with Oath Shot
- Possible Jade Armor with Devastating Hammer
Then we have the last one. Assassin, Ritualist, Paragon, Dervish?
